This is a large 12-story building at Houston and Elizabeth. There are around 200 units in total. It's really in NoHo, despite the name. It's clean and well-maintained and has a variety of room types (one, two, and three bedrooms, plus some amazing penthouse units.) According to the management company, in mid-2006 the building will stop being rent-controlled and you can expect a big jump in rental prices.
