| New Building: | The building must not already be in our database. Click here if you have not already searched our database. |
| High Rise: | The building should be a 'high rise'. Generally this implies an elevator, doorman and at least 15 floors. Use common sense. |
| Contact Info: | There should be some sort of contact person or company for inquiries into available apartments, etc. |
