Terms of Use (abbreviated)
I actually had written up a serious Terms of Use, then decided that who is going to read through a whole bunch of legaleze? (You can read the full "legally binding" version here) So here we go, the simplified version: (I kept some of the old headers!)
1. Restrictions on use of Materials.
Everything on this site belongs to tenantnetwork.com. Ask before copying! (you can use the 'contact us' at the bottom of this page.)
2. Disclaimer
Most data on this site is user-submitted ... that means it MAY VERY WELL NOT BE ACCURATE. I try my best, but not my problem if it's wrong. I also try my best to ensure that no copyrighted material is posted, if it is, not my fault. Although, do feel free to report errors/violations (again see link at bottom).
3. Limitation of Liability.
See (2), not my fault, no my problem, I'm not liable.
4. Online Conduct.
This is simple, but actually quite important, please read!

5. Violations of these Terms
